Find/Replace Text

  1. Text in task Titles and Descriptions can quickly and easily be replaced for one or more tasks.

  2. Select one or more tasks, then right-click and select More > Replace Text. Click here to learn how to select multiple tasks.Jan 2023 - Replace Text - 1
  3. Enter the Text to Replace and the text to Replace it with. In this example, the text backpanel is being replaced with the text auxiliary in both titles and descriptions. Note: replacing text is not case-sensitive.

  4. The Scope can be set to either Selected tasks or This project.
