  1. A Summary Owner can be specified when creating or editing a summary task.

  2. Summary Owners Role
    1. In the spirit of Decentralized Planning, they act as ‘Mini-Project Leaders’ for their summary tasks.
    2. Update the tasks/plans in their summary tasks with the people assigned to the tasks in advance of rolling wave planning meetings.
    3. Lead team huddles and rolling wave planning meetings as needed.
  3. Ownership is inherited by default from the top level on down, starting with the Project Owner. The names of inherited owners are not displayed anywhere.
