Playbook Session Recordings

  1. To enhance Playbook's quality and performance, and give Technical Support better diagnostic information, Playbook sessions are recorded automatically. Recordings are only used by Playbook's Technical Support team.

  2. The recording can be stopped at any time by clicking the Recording icon, then selecting Stop video recording for this session.
