Playbook | Project Filters
- Filters can be used to control the list of projects you see in your view settings window.
- Projects...
a. Currently Selected b. I have Active/Backlog tasks Active = in work, not marked complete.
Backlog = not yet in work, planned to start in the past or in the next two weeks.c. Selected resources have Active/Backlog tasks d. I am assigned to e. Selected resources are assigned to f. I am Owner Owner = designated in Admin as the Project Owner g. In my Group h. Visible to me - For example, see c. above - Selected resources have Active/Backlog tasks
- Using this option, you could easily load all projects a particular resource, or group of resources, has Active/Backlog tasks giving you a single view in which you could manage the sequence in which the resource will execute the tasks using Resource links across projects (watch the video!).
- Set the Projects filter to Selected resources have Active/Backlog tasks.
- Go to the Resources page and select one or more resource(s).
- Go to the Projects filter, enable multiple projects to be selected, then select the projects to load.
- Using this option, you could easily load all projects a particular resource, or group of resources, has Active/Backlog tasks giving you a single view in which you could manage the sequence in which the resource will execute the tasks using Resource links across projects (watch the video!).
