Playbook | Project Filters

  1. Filters can be used to control the list of projects you see in your view settings window.

    b. I have Active/Backlog tasks

    Active = in work, not marked complete.
    Backlog = not yet in work, planned to start in the past or in the next two weeks.

    c. Selected resources have Active/Backlog tasks

    f. I am Owner Owner = designated in Admin as the Project Owner
    g. In my Group

    1. Using this option, you could easily load all projects a particular resource, or group of resources, has Active/Backlog tasks giving you a single view in which you could manage the sequence in which the resource will execute the tasks using Resource links across projects (watch the video!).
      1. Set the Projects filter to Selected resources have Active/Backlog tasks.
      2. Go to the Resources page and select one or more resource(s).
      3. Go to the Projects filter, enable multiple projects to be selected, then select the projects to load.
