Buffer Chart Warning Score

  1. The buffer chart's Warning Score indicates that there are one or more tasks out of date in the plan.RN - July 26, 2022 - 1
  2. It is a simple way to determine the level of confidence in its accuracy. The higher the Warning Score, the lower the confidence and vice versa.
  3. But how do you find the tasks contributing to the Warning Score? Use the Warnings list...RN - July 26, 2022 - 2
  4. The task's criticality, lifecycle, and the reason it is contributing to the Warning Score are indicated.
    1. For example, the Marketing & Sales - Deployment task is a critical path task (pink), currently  not in work, and it is Unassigned.
    2. The PFMEA task is a normal criticality task (yellow), actively in-work, but is Out of Date, meaning it ends in the past and is not marked complete.
