Buffer Chart Warning Score
- The buffer chart's Warning Score indicates that there are one or more tasks out of date in the plan.
- It is a simple way to determine the level of confidence in its accuracy. The higher the Warning Score, the lower the confidence and vice versa.
- But how do you find the tasks contributing to the Warning Score? Use the Warnings list...
- The task's criticality, lifecycle, and the reason it is contributing to the Warning Score are indicated.
- For example, the Marketing & Sales - Deployment task is a critical path task (pink), currently not in work, and it is Unassigned.
- The PFMEA task is a normal criticality task (yellow), actively in-work, but is Out of Date, meaning it ends in the past and is not marked complete.
