Hours of Work, Duration, and Resource Availability

Hours of Work is driven by Duration and the Resource Availability.

Total Work (hours) = Duration (days) * Resource Availability (hours/day)

1. If Mary's task is 2 days in duration and her availability is 5 hrs/day, Total Work = 10 hrs.
2. If the same task is assigned to Sue and her availability = 2 hrs/day, the Total Work =  4 hrs.
3. If Sue adjusts her task to keep Total Work = 10 hrs, Duration would automatically adjust to 5 days.
4. The resource's availability is shown after their name in parentheses. It can be set in Admin and in the Working Days tab.
   
5. If Hours per Day is changed to a value less than the resource's availability, a warning message appears...
   
6. If Hours per Day is changed to a value greater than the resource's availability, a warning message appears along with a confirmation...
