External Tasks Status Filter Descriptions

Create	You clicked Pull now and are creating the task/item for the first time. You haven't clicked Ok and there are no warnings associated with the task/item.	Applies after pull and before Ok.
Save Pending	You clicked Pull now and clicked Ok then reopened the Connector before saving in Playbook.	Applies after Ok and before the next pull.
Saved	You clicked Pull now and clicked Ok then reopened the Connector after saving in Playbook.	Applies after Ok and before the next pull.
Same	You clicked Pull now and the task/item didn’t change in the external tool (e.g., Jira, DevOps), so no updates are needed.	Applies after pull and before Ok.
Update	You clicked Pull now and the task/item has changed in the external tool (e.g., Jira, DevOps), so it will be updated when you click Ok. The task/item also has no warnings.	Applies after Ok and before the next pull.
Has Warnings	Same as Update except the task/item has warnings.	Applies after Ok and before the next pull.
Create with Warnings	Same as Create except the task/item has warnings.	Applies after Ok and before the next pull.
Excluded manually	You deleted the task/item in Playbook because you didn’t really want it. The task/item will continue to be excluded.	Applies before and after pull/Ok.
Archived	The task has been archived in Playbook and archived aren’t loaded.	Applies before and after pull/Ok.
Deleted from Source	You have a task/item that was previously created in Playbook. Upon repulling from the source (e.g., Jira, DevOps), the task/item was not found – it is not in the external source any more. It could have been deleted, or the type changed to something you aren’t pulling.	Applies after pull before Ok.
