Admin | Training

  1. A user's training is based on their role as designated by the Admin (click here for details).
  2. There are two types of training courses - "Full" and "Advance"...
    1. "Full" - standalone courses - e.g., all lessons in Level 1 are included in Level 2.
    2. "Advance" - incremental courses - e.g., Level 1 → 2 does not include lessons in Level 1.
  3. The following is a list of the standard courses and the estimated time to complete them assuming the videos are played at 1.5x. 

    Full (Level 1) Playbook for Read-Only Users ≤ 1 hr
    Advance (Level 1 → 2) Advance to Casual User ≤ 1.5 hrs
    Full (Level 2) Playbook for Casual Users ≤ 2.5 hrs
    Advance (Level 2 → 3) Advance to Core Team Member ≤ 1 hr
    Full (Level 3) Playbook for Core Team Members ≤ 3.5 hrs
    Advance (Level 3 → 4) Advance to Summary Owner ≤ 2 hrs
    Full (Level 4) Playbook for Summary Owners ≤ 5.5 hrs
    Advance (Level 4 → 5) Advance to Project Leader ≤ 2 hrs
    Full (Level 5) Playbook for Project Leaders ≤ 7.5 hrs
  4. Example: Mary's role is designated as "(Level 3) Core Team Member".
    1. She will automatically be enrolled in the full course, "(Level 3) Playbook for Core Team Members" [~3.5 hrs]. 
    2. When she completes the Level 3 course, she will automatically be enrolled in the advance course, "(Level 3 → 4) Advance to Summary Owner" [~2 hrs], should she want to continue her education.
    3. If instead Mary is designated as "(Level 4) Summary Owner", she will be automatically be enrolled in the full course, "(Level 4) Playbook for Summary Owners" [~5.5 hrs].
  5. The following is a list of the auxiliary courses and the estimated time to complete them assuming the videos are played at 1.5x. 

    Full Playbook for Managers ≤ 2.5 hrs
    Full Playbook Administration ≤ 1.5 hrs
    Full Playbook Reports Admin TBD
  6. Example: If Mary is designated as an Admin, she will automatically be enrolled in the "Playbook Administration" course.
