Accessing Completed Training Courses

  1. Initially, users access the training by clicking Let's Go in the training banner in the Playbook header.

  2. Users have indefinite access to the training materials.
  3. However, once a user has completed their assigned training, the training banner is no longer displayed. 

  4. When a course has been completed, the user can access the course and "Advance to" courses by clicking the navigation icon, then Playbook Academy.

  5. Initially, the Playbook Academy landing page shows courses the user has completed and is currently enrolled in. Note the pop up where you can learn more about the training courses and learning pathways.

  6. The landing page can be expanded to show more courses by clicking More.

  7. The videos used in the courses are also available in Playbook Help.
